When installing a new RABO, care must be taken to prevent debris entering the meter, you can attach a cone mesh strainer known as Top Hat Filter which prevents dirt and suspended particlesfrom entering the meter, if you are installing the meter in the vertical position please use the Top Hat Filter on both the Inletand Outlet.
