Had the requirement to contact DMS again last week or so during these difficult times of Covid-19 because our tablet was broken which we use to read meters. Again as with the first time of working with them they were fantastic, set-up our new tablet and assisted in getting us up and running. Can't rate them any higher. Great people great company! If you have a requirement for this type of thing these are the guys to use.

Unbelievable Service and Support - Period. I had a problem with a Superstatic 449 Heat Meter, first the people at DMS tried to help over the phone and resolve the issue. However, it needed to be returned to DMS where they solved the problem, fixed it and sent it out the same day. They kept me updated on the issue and provided me wit hthe missing information. Proper customer service.
