Sontex Supercal 739 Heat Meter

Released alongside the Superstatic 749, the Supercal 739 brings an updated model to its predecessor, the Supercal 539. Sontex has taken the already successful 539 meters with its turbine impeller operation and added extra features and functionality to make this a versatile unit for the heating and cooling industry. Sticking to the same principle of compact design, the 739 confirms to MID Class 3 accuracy making it suitable for Domestic RHI and Billing applications. The 739 has been used in the UK for a number of Apartment applications due to its communication outputs of pulse, LoRaWAN, M-Bus, Radio and now Wireless M-Bus.

The 739 range of Meters can be supplied as a QP0.6 15mm, QP1.5 15mm, QP1.5 20mm and QP2.5 20mm size. The QP Rating mentioned is the nominal flow rate in m3/hr that each meter size can measure up to.

As part of the compact Meters available from Sontex, the 739 shares some of the design features already included in the 449 and 749 Superstatic ranges. This includes having one of the temperature sensors mounted in the meter body to save on space and installation. The display is also mounted on the flow part as standard with a wall bracket supplied should the display need to be separated from the flow part at all.

The Supercal 739 Meters are all Battery Powered with options of either 6 Year or 12 Year life spans and the benefit of the Batteries being replaceable without needing to purchase a new meter.
