SDM630 Electric Meter

The SDM630 electric meters are primarily used in three phase applications but they can also provide readings for a single phase supply instead. This variant of the SDM630 is designed to be directly connected into the circuit it is measuring, and a version with CT operation is also available if required instead.

These electric meters are designed to be mounted onto a DIN rail and the SDM630 meter occupies four modules slots. The SDM630 meters are MID approved, allowing them to be used on fiscal and billing applications.

With the on-board communication outputs, the SDM630 can be used as part of an Automatic Meter Reading system. As with all of the Eastron electric meters though there is a digital display for visual reading too.
