IN-Z61 Pulse Unit & 5mtr Cable

The IN-Z61 can retrofit to any BK-G Diaphragm Gas Meter with an "M" style index. This relates to the mechanical rollercounter design as shown in the images attached. The IN-Z61 will pick up the pulse from the Meter to then transmit further, for specific pulse ratios please review the BK-G Gas Meter Data Sheet relevant to the model you are using.

The 5mtr cable that comes with the Transmitter has an RJ11 connection at one end which plugs into the IN-Z61 itself. The other end is open wiring to allow connection into a BMS panel or remote totaliser. The cable will have 4 cables as the IN-Z61 does also have a tamper alarm. There are 2 possible cable versions with regards to colour coding:

Option 1

Yellow Wire - Tamper Alarm

Green Wire - Pulse

Brown Wire - Pulse

White Wire - Tamper Alarm

Option 2

Yellow Wire - Tamper Alarm

Green Wire - Pulse

Red Wire - Pulse

Black Wire - Tamper Alarm

DMS supply Option 2 for the most part.
