Project overview: A seven-storey landmark building in Sheffield city centre as part of the new Heart of the City II development. Throughout 2018 and into 2019, DMS provided the metering on this exciting project.
The new build provides 22,500m² of office space, and 8,500m² of retail and public space.
NG Bailey was appointed to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services, with DMS selected by NG Bailey to provide the metering, including the Sontex range of Heat Meters, Apator PoWogaz Water Meters, M-BUS, Unions and Power Supplies.
