CIBSE Certified Modules

• Understanding Meter Data Collection
  Focuses on communication infrastructure, use of Elvaco modules, integration with BMS/AMR platforms, and how to interpret data to deliver measurable operational savings.

Heat Metering Case Study
Recent training draws on a DMS-supported residential development using Superstatic heat meters with Elvaco communications. Following correct specification and commissioning, the managing agent was able to identify oversized plant operation and continuous circulation losses. Adjustments based on meter data reduced annual heat demand by 18% and enabled transparent billing for 120 apartments, eliminating long-running tenant disputes.

Meter Data Collection Case Study
In a mixed-use smart building in Manchester, legacy pulse meters were upgraded with Elvaco IoT modules supplied through DMS. Data was integrated into the existing AMR platform without rewiring.
