As the 2024 Smart Buildings Show comes to an end...
Another successful year at the Smart Buildings Show has come to a close, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Held at ExCeL London from October 9-10, this year’s event was bigger and better, focusing on the latest trends and innovations that are shaping the future of smart building technology, sustainability, and energy efficiency. With over 100 exhibitors and a diverse range of industry-leading speakers, the event featured four major conference streams: Energy Management, Controls & Networks, IT & Infrastructure, and the exciting new Management & Proptech track.
One of the major highlights was the emphasis on cutting-edge technologies like IoT, AI-driven predictive maintenance, and data-driven energy management systems. These innovations are revolutionising the way buildings are managed, making them smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.
Our stand attracted plenty of interest throughout the event, with a range of products from our key partners such as Sontex, Honeywell, Danfoss, Apator PoWogaz, and Elvaco on display. We were thrilled to engage with so many professionals, all eager to learn more about how these technologies can be implemented in their projects.
One of our biggest successes at the show was the release of our Ultimate Guide to Metering Solutions.
This comprehensive A5 guide, covering everything you need to know about metering and controls, was a
hit with visitors. Many attendees were excited to grab a copy and dive into the insights we’ve put together.
If you weren’t able to get your hands on one at the show, don’t worry you can still request a copy by emailing
us at meters@dmsltd.com .
Beyond showcasing our products, the event provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in the industry. It was great not only to offer our expertise but also to gain valuable insights from others in this ever-evolving field. The collaborative spirit of the show was palpable, and we left with new ideas, strengthened partnerships, and a renewed excitement for what’s ahead.
So, will we be back next year? 😉
