Our most cost-effective product option in our range, the Sontex Superstatic 789 Heat Meter, available in sizes 15-20mm.

The Sontex Superstatic 789 features a redesigned composite meter body, replacing the brass design of the previous 749 model. 

This new design makes the 789 lighter and more affordable while retaining the many benefits of the Superstatic Meter range. 

Using the Fluid Oscillation Measuring Principle, the Superstatic 789 meets MID Class 2 requirements, making it suitable for both domestic and commercial RHI installations and billing applications. 

It can also be calibrated for systems with glycol content and is compatible with LoRaWAN technology.

Like other Sontex meters, the 789 has a temperature sensor mounted on the meter body, saving space and reducing installation costs. 

The display can be mounted on the meter body or on a nearby wall using the provided bracket.

The Sontex Superstatic 789 is battery-powered, with replaceable batteries available in options of 6 years and 12 years of lifespan, eliminating the need to install a new meter when the batteries run out.

The 789 is available in three sizes: QP1.5 15mm, QP1.5 20mm, and QP2.5 20mm. The QP reference indicates the nominal flow rate in m³/hr that each meter can measure.
