Introducing our New Product: The Honeywell HON380 Gas Pressure Regulator

Our latest arrival, the HON380, is well-known for its modular design. This unique feature allows the entire regulating assembly to be removed and replaced while the housing remains in the pipeline, facilitating easier routine maintenance that can be performed in the workshop. This convenience simplifies the engineers' workload.

The HON380 is versatile, suitable for various applications such as district regulating stations and process gas supply installations. It is designed for gases listed in the DVGW Code of Practice G 260, as well as neutral, non-aggressive gases, with options for other gases upon request.

Product Spotlight: Honeywell J48 Low Pressure Gas Regulator & Honeywell S100 Over Pressure Shut-Off Valve

The Honeywell J48 Low Pressure Gas Regulator and the Honeywell S100 Over Pressure Shut-Off Valve are also part of our comprehensive range of gas regulators and controls.

The J48 regulator is engineered to control low-pressure installations with exceptional precision. It utilizes an internal impulse to monitor the inlet gas pressure and maintains the preset outlet pressure. Available with threaded BSP Female connections ranging from ¾ to 3” or a Flanged PN16 connection from 65mm to 150mm, the J48 can be installed in both horizontal and vertical pipe runs.

The Honeywell S100 Over Pressure Shut-Off Valve enhances safety across our gas regulator range, including the J48. It provides critical protection against dangerous high-pressure conditions. Using an external impulse downstream of the regulating equipment, the S100 shuts off when the pressure reaches the preset limit. The S100 can be mounted in any orientation and operates correctly without stringent requirements for straight inlet pipes, making it suitable for a wide array of applications.
