The cost savings are made mainly through the absence of installation costs, as the U1000 is a clamp-on meter. It’s the optimal solution for temporary measurement and monitoring needs.

Where can the U1000 be used?

The U1000 is available for FM or HM – Flow Meter or Heat Meter variants on a weekly basis.

The U1000FM/HM from Micronics is an Ultrasonic meter used for energy management and billing applications, the range can be used on Domestic, Commercial, District or shared heating/cooling systems. The U1000 is a dry servicing, which allows for minimum downtime. The LCD backlit display makes reading the meter easy, even in poorly lit areas.

·         Micronics U1000 is available in 2 sizes which cover 22mm – 180mm (pulsed)

·         Water Temp Range: 0°C – 85°C (32°F – 185°F)

·         External Power Supply: 12V-24V +/- 10% AC/DC at 7 watts per unit. Optional plug-in 12 V power supply.

·         Modbus connection cable is 1 m. 

·         Optional Modbus RTU slave, RS485 serial link hardware layer. Energy, power, temperature, and flow.
