Keeping up with DMS Spring edition
We have lots to share with you as we enter spring, let's get straight to it!
New faces
Firstly, we would like to introduce you to Charli and Richard, who have joined our internal sales team here at our head office in Nottingham. Charli and Richard are assisting our customers with their quotations and projects. We also have a new Business Development Manager, meet Adam! He has been very busy getting to know our customers and has already been involved with our CPD sessions, Breakfast seminars and our charity 5k run! Our warehouse team is expanding, we welcome Ethan and Josh, they are helping us keep up with the busy demand and ensuring that we achieve next day delivery for all ex-stock orders.
As we welcome new members to our team would also like to say congratulations to Colin, who is retiring at the end of April. Colin has been with us since our move to X-Cel House back in September 2013, we wish you all the best Colin!
Going the extra mile…
In Autumn 2021 we showcased our new depot, a warehouse that allowed a whopping 15,000 sq. Ft of extra storage space, and now we are unveiling our new artic lorry!
Going for gold!
We’ve done it again! We are proudly retaining our Gold Status supplier status with Honeywell – 2 years in a row! Honeywell reviews the performance of their Channel Partners on an annual basis, assessing a number of criteria including technical capability, business management systems, commercial competence and agreed levels of sales and marketing investment and support. A huge congratulations and thanks to our team for achieving this. Let’s make it a hat-trick!
Even more products!
The energy world is advancing and how we monitor our usage is evolving. Luckily, our suppliers are paving the way forward with their innovative products. In September 2021, we introduced you to the Supercal 5, the latest technology in measurement, which also features the revolutionary LoRaWAN. We have also expanded our gas range and can now provide solutions for CO2 detection, new GSV’s and even a new leak detection system!
