Integral Volume Correction Differential Pressure Monitoring

The Micro Corrector utilises the operating pressure and temperature of Gas in order to accurately adjust the volume measurement transmitted by the Gas Meter. The standard version of the Micro Corrector is rated for gas pressures up to 12Bar and has an internal pressure port which will connect onto an impulse line of 1/8” diameter. An external temperature probe is supplied as standard and we can offer thermowells as extras if required.

The Micro Corrector uses an internal battery supply to help with flexibility on installation. No external mains power supply is required and replacement battery packs can be supplied to avoid replacing the entire unit. The software and communication cable can be offered and purchased as a one off to then be used with all future Micro Corrector applications for setting them up and downloading data directly by interfacing with each unit.

Multiple pulsed outputs are also available for more automated data collection of both corrected and uncorrect gas volumes.
