DMS Metering Solutions Limited are proud to announce that we are now an ISO 9001:2015 Accredited Company.

Although DMS have successfully been trading and growing for over 20-years, we recognized that some of our suppliers require the additional assurance that operating to a formal, third party assessed Quality Management System can bring.

So, back in March 2019, we launched the project with the ambitious target of full accreditation by October 2019 and we are pleased to say that we beat our own deadline by 2- weeks.

The ISO 9001:2015 Standard specifies the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS) that enables us to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet both our customers and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements.

DMS chose to use BSI for the accreditation process due to their worldwide reputation and expertise in this area and we successfully completed our Stage 1 Assessment on 7th July 2019 and the Stage 2 Assessment was carried out on 23^rd September 2019.

We didn’t want to just put a certificate on the wall though and we have used this process to streamline and harmonize our internal systems with each department now “owning” their own set of procedures/work instructions that define their day to day activities.

It is nice to have the BSI Certificate on the wall though!

The aim now is to continue to improve and evolve our system to support the continued growth and success of the business.
