Our team at DMS Metering Solutions are ready and waiting at the other end of the phone to assist you, whether it be calculating a pressure drop question, datasheet request or help calibrating your meter – we are here to help!

Our technical team is led by our Technical Manager, Chris Bishop, he has been with DMS for 15 years – Chris is somewhat an office staple at DMS, his knowledge extends over our whole product range! Chris can help with site visits, pricing large scale projects, installation queries and industry regulations. He is the best point of contact for M-Bus, BMS Systems, RHI, Heat Pump & Solar Thermal questions, but he can also assist with any other technical questions you may have. Brad has been with DMS for almost 8 years – he specialises in Sontex Heat Meters and PoWogaz Water Meters but also has a wealth of knowledge on Gas Metering. Brad is here Monday to Friday between 08:30am – 17:00pm and can be contacted via phone or email – Bradley@dmsltd.com 

David joined up back in 2012, starting in the warehouse department and working his way up to technical sales. David has been shadowing Chris and can also conduct site visits. He is a specialist in Gas Regulators, Heat Metering, Gas Metering and Water Metering. Jacob is the newest member of the Technical team, coming to DMS as a sales apprentice; he has completed his apprenticeship and has now been working in our sales and technical department.
