Sontex
Sontex develops and manufactures most modern technology to serve the thermal energy measurement, the district heating and cooling, individual heating and cooling systems, as well as the consumption data collection. Our 2000 m2 manufacturing area is equipped with the latest infrastructure to produce and to test heat meters, temperature sensors, heat cost allocators and suitable communication systems.
Superstatic 449 Static Heat Meter and Static Cooling Meter EN1434 Class 2 Approved
The heat and cooling meter Superstatic 449 consists of a completely newly developed
static fluid oscillator flow sensor for flows of qp 0.6 – 2.5 m3/h, in permanent connection with the integrator and an interchangeable pair of temperature sensors Sontex 460. Consumption values can easily be read over the LCD display, an optical interface, over the Supercom radio, M-Bus and LON or many other common interfaces.
Supercal 531 The New Multi-Functional Integrator
This Supercal 531 convinces by using state-of-the-art multi-functional technologies and by its
modular concept. It can easily be adapted to our customer‘s requirements such as e.g. simplified system integration,
tariff functions, data logger functions, universal data transfer or connection to existing process systems. It is mainly used in applications where a calibrated energy meter is required such as in district heating networks and heating systems, cooling systems as well as in industry installations.
Superstatic 440 - Static Flowmeter DN15 to DN40
The heating and cooling meter Superstatic 440 meter consists of the fluid oscillator flow sensor, the integrator Supercal 531, battery or mains powered, and a pair of temperature sensors Sontex 460. Consumption values can easily be read over the display or various data interfaces like radio, M-Bus, optical probe, GSM and so on.

Superstatic 440 - Static Flowmeter DN50 to DN500
The heating and cooling meter Superstatic 440 meter consists of the fluid oscillator flow sensor, the integrator Supercal 531, battery or mains powered, and a pair of temperature sensors Sontex 460. Consumption values can easily be read over the display or various data interfaces like radio, M-Bus, optical probe, GSM and so on.
Size Range 2" to 20" (DN50 Qn15 to DN500 Qn1500)
Supercal 539 Compact Heat Meter
The compact heat meter consists of a single jet flow sensor with magnet, a detection circuit for the magnet, an integrator and a temperature pair. The inlet fitting includes a filter to hold any larger impurities. The integrator is equipped with a 7-digit LCD display and can be rotated through 360°. In standard metering operations the battery life of up to 6 years can be guaranteed.
Supercal 539 Plus Heating Cooling Energy Meter

Sontex 636 Radio Modem with PDA
The radio modem Supercom 636 is a mobile bidirectional data readout system. Supercom 636 is suitable for a connection to a Pocket PC (PDA) with Bluetooth interface. The Pocket PC (PDA) needs a software program, the Sontex916 to visualize readout data in a window.
Sontex Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)
The radio modem Supercom 636 is a mobile bidirectional data readout system and requires a Pocket PC (PDA) with Bluetooth interface. The Pocket PC (PDA) needs a software program installed on the device - A list of PDA devices which we have sold in the past are on the following pages.
Other Pocket PC / PDAs / Smart Phones running on Windows Mobile 5.0 / 6.x with Bluetooth might also work with the software Sontex916 but are not supported by Sontex.
Radio Central Supercom 646
The radio central Supercom 646 is a remote data readout system, permanently installed, working with the bidirectional radio system Supercom of Sontex. The radio central collects radio data supplied by radio devices that are saved in a non-volatile flash memory. With the different available interfaces of the radio central the data can be read at all times and used for the dependent consumption measuring and billing. The read out and the configuration of the radio central are done with the software Tools646 supplied with the radio central Supecom 646.
