Comfort Level Billing

There are many ways of billing residents for the energy used to heat the apartment/building. With the CMa10, billing has never been easier. The resident pays for a certain temperature. The buildings total energy cost for heating can easily be divided in parts (sq m). The main goal is to give the residents a fair energy bill.

The Display

The display menu system is easy to use and the resident can effortlessly switch between different measurements and display messages. An LED light informs the resident that a message or alarm has been received.

Temperature

The CMa10 has a high accuracy temperature sensor, which will provide precise and fast temperature readings.

Humidity

The humidity sensor gives the CMa10 even more usability. In many situation the humidity has an important impact on the overall environment.

Messaging

CMa10 can receive messages via an M-Bus interface and alert the resident about incoming messages. The CMa10 supports multiple messages and the resident can easily read and confirm that he/she has received and read the message via a touch button.

M-Bus Readout

The M-Bus readout consists of momentary values and the average values for the last hour and day. The telegram includes information about read messages and other customer information.
